Job Description

Position Summary PMO job involves Project Status preparation & reporting through different in-house systems and Infra like JIRA & Confluence along with Communication Management with various stakeholders like Top management, Head Quarter Counterparts etc. Managing Project Kickoffs & Execution reviews of Projects and handling Project Risk & Issues such as resource allocation, knowledge transfer, scope overlap detection etc. forms an integral part of PMO job. Workshop Preparation, Management Review meetings & Action Items management at organization level are among the major activities which PMO performs. Along with these, PMO is also entrusted with Org-level Project Information database management and preparing ppt presentations & infographics, mailers, journal, newsletter etc. Role and Responsibilities Project Management This profile involves Managing Org-level Projects, Resources, Events & Communication. S/W Project Management with good understanding of Project Life Cycle Project & Data Management systems like JIRA , Confluence etc. Project status reporting to management (ppt presentation, data analytics, regular reports ) Managing Project Risks & Issues such as allocation & knowledge transfer Communication Management (with stakeholders like top management, Head Quarter Counterparts etc .) F acilitating meetings & workshops with senior & top level management, producing executive-level communications & reporting. Skills and Qualifications Mandatory Technical Skills Strong MS office documentation (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills Knowledge about Project Life Cycle Management Database management skills Basic understanding of Agile, Jira, Confluence, Risk & Resource Management Excellent communication skill in English Excellent writing skill for making various reports Additional/Optional Skills : Intermediate level working knowledge of SQL Basic knowledge about S/W automation & tools, AI in Project Management Bilingual (English, Korean) reading /writing skills Qualifications/Certifications Required 0~3 years of experience in related domain
