Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our plumbing and firefighting projects. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing the following key responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution Plan, schedule, and manage plumbing and firefighting works for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for timely execution. Site Coordination & Supervision Oversee site incharges and ensure daily work progress as per project timeline. Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and manpower deployment. Material & Resource Planning Forecast material and manpower requirements for each project stage. Coordinate with procurement and store teams to ensure timely availability. Billing & Documentation Review and approve daily progress reports (DPR), Job Measurement Sheets (JMS), and checklists from sites. Verify subcontractor bills and support the billing team in preparing client bills. Team Management Manage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Conduct regular review meetings and performance evaluations. Client & Vendor Coordination Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants. Attend project meetings and resolve site-level issues proactively. Reporting & Compliance Report project status to management on a weekly basis. Ensure work is carried out as per IS codes, drawings, and approved BOQs. Monitor safety, labor compliance, and site discipline.
