Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification is required. 8+ years of work Experience. Experience leading delivery teams (5 20 resources). Roles and Responsibilities Plan, initiate, and execute IT projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions and driving results. Ensure regular and accurate communication to stakeholders, by distributing minutes of meeting, project status updates and project documentation. Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, dependences and assumptions, and support the team in providing solutions and escalations when needed. Proficiency in project management methodologies, software tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence or similar tools. Skill Set Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry, managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion. Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile development teams in the IT industry. Strong understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Solid project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
