Title - Project Manager - AI Technology Experience Required: 5-7 years Location: Mohali, Punjab Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a Project Manager (AI Technology) to lead and oversee AI-driven projects, ensuring timely execution, innovation, and seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, project management methodologies, and excellent stakeholder coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end AI/ML projects, from planning to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define project scope, objectives, and milestones. Implement Agile methodologies, conduct daily stand-ups, and sprint planning for AI-focused projects. Track project progress, manage risks, and escalate roadblocks to ensure smooth execution. Maintain project documentation, including reports, client communication, and technical specifications. Ensure AI models align with business goals and are deployed efficiently in real-world applications. Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics. Drive innovation by staying updated on AI trends and integrating best practices into project workflows. Desired Knowledge & Skills 5-7 years of experience in IT/software project management, with exposure to AI/ML projects. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and data pipeline workflows. Proficiency in Agile & Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience managing technical teams. Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk mitigation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. Good to Have Prior experience working in AI-driven SaaS or product development environments. Any Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, etc.). Basic knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, or AI frameworks (not mandatory but a plus). Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and project financial analysis.
