Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across teams and departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.Conduct regular stakeholder meetings and ensure effective communication.Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Track project performance and use appropriate tools to measure progress.Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Requirements:Proven working experience as a project manager (5-10 years).Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.[Preferred] Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.Familiarity with industry-specific tools and compliance standards.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly.
