Define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure successful execution. Identify and mitigate risks while maintaining project quality and timelines. Engage with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Ensure compliance with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Implement best practices for project tracking, reporting, and documentation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Required Skills: Strong Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices knowledge(must required). Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Hands-on with Angular, jQuery, and MySQL. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering on time. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management. General Requirements : Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based solutions is a plus.
