Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic project roadmaps aligned with organizational goals Foster strong client relationships and serve as the primary business liaison Lead stakeholder engagement and manage expectations at executive levels Identify business opportunities and translate them into actionable project plans Oversee project governance, ensuring strategic objectives are met Facilitate strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams Proactively identify and resolve high-level business challenges Provide mentorship and strategic guidance to project teams Preferred candidate profile 7+ years of experience in project management with emphasis on strategic leadership Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Proven track record of successful client relationship management Demonstrated ability to align initiatives with business strategy Strong understanding of business operations and value creation Experience in organizational change management and digital transformation Technical Knowledge Broad understanding of technology capabilities and limitations (technical depth not required) Familiarity with enterprise architecture concepts Working knowledge of project portfolio management Understanding of digital transformation principles Awareness of emerging technology trends and their business implications Soft Skills & Leadership Qualities Exceptional communication and presentation skills at executive levels Strategic thinking and business acumen Advanced negotiation and influence without authority Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients and stakeholders Creative problem-solving and decision-making under uncertainty Ability to translate complex concepts into business value Emotional intelligence and political savvy in organizational contexts
