Roles and Responsibilities Manage civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee site operations, including labor management, material procurement, and equipment maintenance. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in civil project management or related field (construction management). B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or relevant discipline; M.Tech preferred.
