Job Description

Project Planning & Delivery: Plan, execute, and deliver ERP(Epicor), Oracle, IBM, Microsoft and Adrenaline (HRMS) and digital transformation projects on time, within scope and budget. Manage delivery across geographies including APAC, GCC, and India, ensuring regional customization and compliance. Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, identify and mitigate risks, and manage change requests. Align project execution with client expectations, business goals, and quality benchmarks. Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring project transparency and stakeholder alignment. Resolve projectissues, manage escalations, and maintain strong client relationships to enable long-term partnerships. Gather andanalyze client requirements, translating them into clear functional andtechnical specifications. Team Leadership: Leadcross-functional teams comprising developers, business analysts, anddomain consultants (team size 1030). Conductperformance evaluations, mentorship, and capacity planning for deliveryteam members. Fostercollaboration between onshore and offshore teams for seamless execution. Financial & Commercial Management: Accountable forbudgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and revenue collection for assigned projects. Monitor projectprofitability and suggest cost optimization initiatives as required Pre-Sales and Solution Support: Collaborate with Sales and Solution Engineering during RFP/RFI response cycles. Support clientdemos, effort estimations, and solution presentations as part of the pre-sales process. Work Relations: Internal: Report to HOD fordelivery updates, governance, and escalation resolution. Interface withBusiness Unit Leaders for requirement clarification and project alignment. Collaborate withTalent Acquisition, PMO, HR, Legal, and Finance for resource and compliance management. External: Interface withclients, partners, and vendors to coordinate project-related activities. Liaise with industry forums and third-party solution providers to stay current with best practices.
