Position: Project Manager (2 Nos) Location: Site Based (Project Locations) Experience: Minimum 5 years as Site Incharge or Project Manager Industry: Infrastructure, Construction, Civil Engineering Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end to end execution of ROB (Railway Over Bridge) construction, flyovers, or bridge projects . Manage client relations and act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Lead and coordinate teams, ensuring seamless collaboration among engineers, subcontractors, and on site workers. Monitor project progress, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards. Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to mitigate potential project delays. Must Have Skills Qualifications: Key Skills: Client team management, project coordination, and cost control. Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Project Experience: Hands on experience in ROB projects, flyovers, or bridge construction . Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Site Incharge or Project Manager . Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and construction planning software. Performance Metrics: Timely execution of projects within defined schedules. Cost efficiency while maintaining high construction quality standards. Preferred Industry Experience: Candidates with prior experience in ROB projects will be given preference. Salary: Up to 15 LPA , based on experience and expertise.
