Urgently Hiring Project Manager Civil for Developer firm in Bandra West pali hill road location , need immediate joiners if selected , should have past companies documents ready while going for interview , will be working for existing project and look after over all aspect and maintenance of same , interested call us on 9930090474 and share CV , only those apply who are available for f2f round if profile gets shortlisted, we need someone with a strong knowledge and experience in Project Management worked with developer firm. , Experience :- 10-12 years , 4-5yrs as PM Salary :- max upto 50 k pm wont go beyond that , depends on interview , experience , all in hand salary only TDS will be cut. Qualification :- BE Civil Project Planning and Design: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee feasibility studies, preliminary and final design, and construction management, Maintenance Execution and Construction: Manage construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project costs and ensure projects are completed within budget. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks. Compliance: Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards. Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation.
