About this Job: Incor Infrastructure private limited, is looking for a managers with the relevant experience of site management skills. Job Description: To ensure all activities completed within the timeline , Budget and in compliance withQuality as per company requirements. Planning Sequence of all activities till project completion. Keep track of the projects progress, deadlines and flag the concern during short falls. Generate Weekly, Monthly Progress updates and presentations for progress review. Coordination with other departments and consultants to get work completed. Managing Contractors with the available resources for the benefit of the company. Using technical, communication skills to find a solution for the problems that arises. Analysis risks and suggesting cost effective measures if any Job Requirements: Should be able Manage large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainablemanner. Should be able to Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints thatsatisfy technical specifications. Should be able to Assess potential risks, materials and costs. Should be able to Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders. Required Qualification: Candidate having minimum qualification of B.E degree with 5 to 10 years of experience (preferably High rise residential buildings).
