Job description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in Industrial Construction to oversee large-scale projects (min. 100,000 sq. ft.). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing budgets, quality control, vendor relationships, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Strong expertise in surveying , layout planning , PEB construction , and proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is required. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of construction projects from planning to completion. Oversee surveying , site layout , plan section elevations , and design execution . Lead and coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and the project team. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Ensure quality control and safety standards are met at all times. Handle PEB installation and ensure compliance with project specifications. Regularly inspect project sites and conduct quality assurance checks. Required Qualifications: Experience: 15–20 years in industrial construction (min. 100,000 sq. ft. projects). Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD , SketchUp , surveying , and layout planning . PEB Experience: 2–3 years in quality control for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field. Strong budgeting , vendor management , and leadership skills .
