Roles and Responsibilities Manage government projects from tendering to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and external agencies (consultants, contractors) for successful project delivery. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at client end to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of government sales processes through Gem Portal or other relevant platforms. 3-8 years of experience in managing government projects or similar industries. Excellent tendering skills with ability to prepare compelling bids that meet client requirements. Proficiency in preparing MIS reports using various tools such as Excel or specialized software.
