Elevate is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Finance & Accounting (F&A) to join our Legal Operations Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a client-focused strategic change professional who thrives on driving impact and innovation. In this role, you will be leading a team providing administrative F&A services to a US Top 100 / UK Top 50 law firm. You will be directly responsible for strategic client engagement, operational delivery, and continuous process improvement. Specifically, the Project Manager will: Manage day-to-day operations and workflow of a 17-20 member F&A delivery team. Lead and support strategic operational improvement projects in collaboration with clients. Ensure seamless execution of business-as-usual (BAU) tasks aligned with client expectations. Drive KPI achievement, SLA compliance, and process quality. Maintain and update process documents including SOPs, workflows, reports, and presentations. Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement lead check-ins, governance calls, and performance reviews. Supervise offshore billing teams; provide expert guidance on billing software and tools. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and ROI. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for effective project execution and resource management. Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to customers. Contribute to talent development by providing feedback, conducting team meetings, and fostering team engagement. Travel internationally as required to support global business initiatives. Experience: 5-7 years of project or delivery management experience within a professional service or BPO/KPO environment. Proven experience managing a team of 15+ members. Skills Required: Strong client-facing capabilities with a proven ability to manage global stakeholder relationships. Expertise in process documentation, SOP development, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives. Hands-on experience managing KPIs, SLAs, TATs, and quality benchmarks. Strong analytical acumen and attention to detail. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities. Culturally sensitive and adept at managing diverse global teams. Proficient in billing software and adaptable to learning new client tools and systems.
