Job Description

Role Overview: Key Position reporting to Project Manager. PE will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the project (PO to Cash) Organize kick-off meetings with client to communicate project expectations prior to execution. Develop detailed project schedules for tracking the scope, cost, and time of the work orders. Manage multiple stakeholders, aligning common goals, and communicating risks. Ensuring completion certificate from customer and close the project in coordination with finance team. Responsibilities: Project Charter Preparations Scope Management Cost Management Schedule Management Risk Management Stakeholder Management Procurement Management Logistics Management Trend Analysis Forecasting Techniques Progress Reporting - Earn Value Management (EVM), Plan vs Actual (S-Curves) Facilitation & Conflict Resolution Project Performance Dashboards Decision Making Cash Flow Management Communication Management Project Accounting Techniques (Awareness) Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or E&I) Overall, 7 - 12years of experience and at least 3-4 years of experience executing projects in water industry Lead Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams for successful delivery of Projects. Directly Handled technical issues providing solutions and mitigations. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Location: Chennai. (During Installation and Commissioning will be at site for around 4-8 weeks).
