Responsibilities To understand project scope, goals and deliverables To plan and implement project and define the tasks managing the budget. To Allocate project resources. To create schedule and project timeline, tracking of the deliverables. To support and direct team and to monitor and report on project progress. Presentation to stakeholders to report about progress as well as problems and solutions. When necessary to meet project outputs Implement and manage the change .
