Job Description

Overall Job Purpose: Plan and manage the delivery of multiple projects in vertical. Main responsibilities and Opportunities: Manage multiple projects (Development, Maintenance and Support) Initiate, Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects Prepare project charter, project plan and reports during project lifecycle Balance the project constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk Implement processes to manage and control changes to the scope of the project Identify capabilities, nurture talent and motivate project team members to achieve objectives Manage project scope, timeliness, deliverables, quality, communications, cost & margins and customer satisfaction. Address needs and expectations of stakeholders. Identify, implement and train in best practices and processes in project management, software quality and knowledge management All telephonic calls, email received reverts to be provided to the customer, Provide timely report to Customer and Management, Manage escalations Coordinate with customers, Any report requests Qualifications, work experience: MCA / BE / M Tech / MBA 10- 15 Years of IT experience and at least 2-3 years of project management in IT industry in software development, maintenance, and support projects Project management certification such as PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), CSM is a plus Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc) Project management skills Good Communication skills Preparing Reports, Presentation, Managing Cost, Resource, Project Plans Microsoft Technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) and Insurance domain is a plus Personal Skills: Strong Communication (both Oral and Written), Project Ownership, Team Coordination, Team Motivation, Problem Solving, Customer and Result Orientation, Work Ethics.
