Project Manager - IT Services IT Services Bengaluru, Full Time Roles and Responsibilities COWRKS is looking for a Project Manager - IT Services who will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle of IT infrastructure implementations across COWRKS centers, including systems such as Audio-Visual (AV), Background Music (BGM), CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and structured cabling networks. This role demands strong planning, execution, and coordination capabilities to ensure project success within defined scope, budget, and timeline, while aligning with company standards and stakeholder expectations Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Leadership Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for IT infrastructure systems including AV, BGM, CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), and structured cabling. Prepare and enforce governance frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and standard operating procedures. Collaborate with design, IT, and ID teams to translate project requirements into executable plans. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Technical Oversight Oversee the design and implementation of passive and active network components. Review and approve technical documentation, including schematics, equipment layouts, and conduit drawings. Ensure compliance with design standards, safety regulations, and organizational policies. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for procurement and installation of systems. Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders (IT, facilities, design) and external contractors. Ensure timely and quality delivery of work through regular site visits and audits. Documentation & Reporting Approve Bill of Materials (BoM), cost estimates, and functional specifications for all systems. Provide regular project status updates and risk assessments to senior leadership. Maintain accurate as-built documentation and technical records for handover. Drive formal project closure, including invoice verification, vendor evaluation, and handover to operations/support teams. Preferred qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in project management for IT infrastructure, AV systems, and security technologies. Proven track record in delivering multi-location infrastructure projects in a fast-paced environment i.e. Offices, College Campuses etc. Strong knowledge of AV systems, BGM, structured cabling, CCTV, ACS, and network planning (passive & active). Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/documentation tools. PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to project sites across regions.
