Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of technical projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring that project scope, goals, and deliverables are well-defined and achievable. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Maintain regular communication to keep everyone aligned with project goals and timelines. Team Coordination: Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure resources are allocated effectively and project deadlines are met. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure that all project risks are communicated and managed appropriately. Agile Methodologies: Implement and oversee Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all technical aspects of the project adhere to quality standards, and conduct reviews to ensure the technical solution meets project requirements. Budget and Schedule Management: Track and control project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure that the project remains within scope and is delivered on time. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular project updates, status reports, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed. Maintain proper project documentation, including requirements, plans, and risk assessments. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance productivity, quality, and team collaboration. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing software or technical development projects. Strong technical background with knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working closely with engineering teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Project Management Professional (PMP) or CRM certification is highly desirable. Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and/or change management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Preferred Skills: Work experience in a Healthcare/pharmaceutical domain. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of data management, security, and scalable systems. Experience with storage optimizations and management. Experience with AI, analytics, Power BI/ Python as an advantage. Work experience in SAAS based Applications. Nice to have Skills: Experience with ISO certification.
