Expertise: Airport Road Construction Experienced Civil Project Manager with over 5 years of specialized experience in airport infrastructure projects , particularly in runway, taxiway, airside road works, drainage systems, etc. Adept in technical documentation such as DPRs, WIRs, Spot Inspection Reports , and interpreting CAD drawings to lead precise, quality-driven execution. Role & responsibilities: Leading execution of airside civil works including construction of airport roads, culverts, stormwater drainage, duct banks, and cable trenches as per AAI/consultant specifications. Validating Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) , ensuring alignment with site progress, technical drawings, and BOQs. Managing Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) for key site activities like subgrade preparation, GSB/WMM laying, asphalt/concrete paving, and drainage pipeline laying. Conducting and verifying Spot Inspection Reports (Spot IRs) jointly with Quality and Client Engineers to ensure compliance with technical standards. Reviewing and coordinating AutoCAD drawings related to cross-sections, utilities, drainage layouts, precast elements (chambers, slabs), and pavement design. Leading a cross-functional team of engineers, site supervisors, and laborers to ensure timely and quality delivery. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders consultants, airport authority engineers, subcontractors, and material suppliers for smooth execution and compliance.
