Project Manager Contract Appointment for 3 years, (35 months) renewable each year Overall Incharge to execute the Project efficiently and economically as per timelines and with LVPEI values. Specific Roles and Responsibilities: Project Reporting & Documentation: Collect data from all project sources to prepare reports for the institute. Prepare and write project narratives, annexes, and case studies. Ensure timely submission of project reports to sponsors and management. Project Planning & Coordination: Prepare and maintain a list of activities on a whiteboard from day one. Organize pre-project meetings with stakeholders.* Arrange project inauguration and interim meetings. Conduct regular monthly meetings with key staff members. Human Resource Management: Ensure HR-related aspects of the project, including leave and salary administration, are effectively managed. Provide necessary training for team members in data management, documentation, reporting, and tracking. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Conduct meetings with representatives for feedback and activity updates. Attend meetings with sponsors and provide necessary assistance in project data. Facilitate communication between hospitals, government offices, and other involved entities. Ensure seamless management of any problems area on the ground. Field Execution & Data Collection: Visit project-involved hospitals and government offices to oversee execution. Collect and analyze data as per project requirements and report findings timely. Travel with the team for project-related screenings and treatments. Training & Capacity Building: Arrange and coordinate training sessions for project team members and stakeholders. Ensure all team members are equipped with knowledge on data management and reporting. Financial & Asset Management: Manage financial records related to the project. Oversee the procurement and maintenance of project-related equipment. 1. Qualifications & Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Public Health, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field. Additional certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Data Management is preferred. Experience Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Experience working with NGOs, healthcare organizations, or donor-funded projects is an advantage. Prior experience in data collection, analysis, and documentation . 3. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and reporting . Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data management tools, and project tracking software . Ability to write comprehensive reports, case studies, and project narratives . Knowledge of financial and asset management processes related to projects. Experience in HR-related activities such as leave and salary administration.
