Business Analyst – Accounts Payable & Laserfiche Expert (2–4 yrs) A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies is preferred with excellent problem solving skills. Location: Mumbai (On-site) Job Type: Full-time Salary Offered: 6 - 9 LPA We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience , who has a strong foundation in Accounts Payable (AP) and hands-on expertise in Laserfiche . This role plays a key part in streamlining financial operations and leading automation projects to support Techpanion’s growth and digital goals. Key Responsibilities: BPM Expertise: Design, implement, and manage Laserfiche workflows and document management solutions to digitize and automate AP operations. BPM tools like Laserfiche, Omni flow, Opentext is a plus. Accounts Payable Optimization: Analyze current AP processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Digital Transformation Projects: Contribute to the execution of automation initiatives using tools like ERP (SAP) , BPM , and Laserfiche . Data Analysis & Reporting: Track performance metrics, generate actionable insights, and support decision-making through detailed reporting. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and support implementation. Change Management: Assist in training, adoption, and smooth rollout of new tools and systems. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all initiatives comply with legal, regulatory, and internal audit requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate risks. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies , Business, Finance, or related field. 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst. Proven hands-on experience with Laserfiche , especially in workflow and document automation. Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes. Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BPM tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Laserfiche. Experience working in financial software or automation-focused roles. Familiarity with compliance and risk considerations in finance workflows.
