Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Development to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of infrastructure projects within the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, managing teams, and ensuring that all quality standards and regulations are adhered to. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage infrastructure development projects, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and oversee their implementation. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Monitor and control project progress, ensuring that potential risks are identified and mitigated. Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Oversee procurement processes, ensuring quality materials and services are sourced. Manage project documentation and ensure all project records are up to date. Mentor and guide junior project staff. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Minimum 8-15 years of experience in managing civil engineering or infrastructure projects, particularly in the Real Estate industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent project management skills, including familiarity with software tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively. Knowledge of local construction industry standards and regulations. Preferred: Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Prior experience in Residential, Commercial, or Mixed-Use Real Estate Development projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design and modeling software. Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 100,000 to 125,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
