Job Description Responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. The Engineering Project Managers role will be to plan and design projects, establish project timelines and budgets, manage team members, and ensure projects stay within the allocated budget and timeline. Responsibilities Plan and manage all aspects of engineering projects from conceptualization to completion Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards Develop and manage project budgets and schedules Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Review and approve project designs and reports Manage project resources and liaise with stakeholders Track project performance and make necessary corrections Proven work experience as an Engineering Project Manager Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices Proficiency in project management software tools Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus Qualifications Mechanical / Chemical Engineer (MBA preferred not must) Experience 7+ years Software Autocad, Caesar, Pvelite and Ansys Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
