Position Title: Technical Project Manager/Engineer Reporting to: Head Project Management of Product Development Functions to be supervised directly: Summary of work Environment and Work performed: Specific Duties: Desired Outcome: The Technical Project Manager is responsible for technical feasibility study, costing, commercial coordination of electrical, electronics and mechanical components required for New Product Development. The position requires excellent technical engineering knowledge coupled with proficiency in commercial communication with vendors, supply chain and internal customers. The candidate should be able to analyze the technical specifications and identify suitable suppliers and follow up with the procurement process. The candidate will coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project by communicating with all stake holders. Technical feasibility study, costing, commercial coordination of electrical, electronic and mechanical components. Receive multiple quotations, Compare, Negotiate with vendors and follow up with SCM team for procurement. Prepare project management documents like project plan, budget, schedule, scope statements as required 8 to 12 Years of Experience Desired experience: Experience in Electrical or Electronics Product Design Experience in UPS or Solar Industry Familiar with Japanese language. for the projects.
