We are looking for candidates having experience in Project management - Aviation/MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) operations for our Bangalore Location. Work Location : Bangalore (Electronic City) Objectives The candidate will be responsible for project management aspects of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul operations. The role will: 1. Require the personnel to plan, finalize & execute project as per strict deadlines and within budgets in accordance with new project Management processes. 2. Include interaction with operation, support functions and customer to coordinate all pre-production and production activities as per the integrated master schedule. 3. Also include continuous monitoring of cost, schedule and Quality using various plan vs. actual metrics which may require rescheduling and agreement with all stakeholders. Major Deliverables 1. Ensure flow down of all project related technical and contractual data from customer and Business Development such as Scope of Work (SoW), Quality requirement/ Quality plan, Purchase terms & Agreements to all stakeholders and provide feedback regarding inconsistencies/ additional requirements for completeness. 2. Plan the project along with operations team in terms of man, material, machinery and also finalize annual operating plans along with Finance. 3. Plan the project by taking into consideration time, team, activities, and financials by using suitable Project management tools such as gate transition, project directives, operating review rhythm, Management Information Systems etc. Plan and schedule project timelines and top milestones using appropriate tools and track them 4. Define project success criteria. Monitor & manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans; Contract review; Negotiate with vendors Check, measure, monitor, Review project progress - Adjust project plans, and inform the project team and others. Essential Attributes Knowledge of Project Management processes like gate transition, project directives, PMRs, Risk management Knowledge of financials such as understanding business cases, AOP, invoicing, MIS, etc. Knowledge of SAP on overall structure and modules like sales order, PR, PO etc.
