Should have proven experience in Datacentre Design & Management, hosting etc Should have experience in the Operation & Management of Large Data Center Project Should have experience in NoC Operation Should have experience in IT & SLA audits, ISO internal & External audits Understanding of ISO 20000-1:2018 & ISO 27001:2022 compliances for Data Center Projects Should have exposure/experience to IT & Non-IT Infrastructure Management, Server management, SAN, Network, Virtualization, Cloud, and Facility Management Services. Should have experience in implementation of ISO 20000-1:2018 & ISO 27001:2022 standard implementation & Compliance Should have the technical capability in Network Management, Website /Application hosting, Active Directory, DNS, Failover clustering etc Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate and propose Datacenter hardware, software, licenses, and IT Infrastructure requirements for Transformational and new IT Projects Operation & Maintenance of the Data Center Overall design & implementation of Data Center Environment Vendor Engagement for an efficient and cost-effective solution for IT infrastructure procurement Conduct proactive monitoring, investigation, and mitigation of security incidents Recognize potential, successful, and unsuccessful intrusion attempts and compromises through thorough reviews and analyses of relevant event details and summary information Analyze security event data from the network (IDS, SIEM). Search firewall, email, web, or DNS logs to identify and mitigate intrusion attempts. Investigate malicious phishing emails, domains, and IPs using Open-Source tools and recommend proper blocking based on analysis. Resolving project & operational issues and problems Responsible for all technical / non-technical issues in projects Working in very close collaboration with the system administrators, network experts, and database administrators for smooth operation & maintenance of the Data Center Project Provide expertise and guidance to all team members.
