Job Description: Lahari infra is seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Managers to oversee and manage various national highway projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, adhering to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor highway construction and development projects. Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Oversee the work of contractors and consultants, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Ensure adherence to MoRT&H (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) and IRC (Indian Roads Congress) standards. Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports. Address and resolve project-related issues and challenges. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and community members. Ensure all projects adhere to the highest quality, safety, and environmental standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (essential). Post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering (preferred). Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, with a focus on expressways and highways. Proven track record of successful project management in large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of highway construction materials, methods, and technologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in various locations across India.
