Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as Manager Planning for our PMO operations. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelors degree in civil engineering and have completed NICMAR / Construction management from recognized universities /MBA showcasing a strong foundation in construction management and planning. Responsibilities: Coordination with Consulting team in standardizing and implementing the PMO dashboard. Data collection and validation from site. Highlighting delays & progress by providing annotations after verification. Standardization of Planning Process across Projects- Preconstruction and Construction Integrated with Approvals. AOP (Annual Operation Plan) Setting and monitoring. New Projects Preconstruction / Level 1 Scheduling. Data collection & uploading to the Dashboard (SharePoint) AOP revisions by coordinating with the Site Planning Team. Co-ordinating with the Finance, Procurement, Contracts, CRM, Sales department for Data collection/ updating the Dashboard. Uploading new projects in PMO Dashboard. Pulling SAP reports for Dashboard update. Checking if schedules are aligned as per AOP. Ensuring timely coordination with drone survey vendors. Reviewing & finalizing the Drone videos. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. NICMAR / Construction management from recognized universities /MBA qualification
