Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Coordination Initiate project kick-offs within 3 days of customer confirmation. Conduct meetings with management to understand budget and resource allocation. Develop and maintain project dashboards for tracking execution. Hold weekly meetings with customers to ensure alignment. Conduct daily team meetings and update project progress on ZOHO or relevant tracking tools. Stay updated with the latest developments in all assigned projects. 2. Increase Project Profitability Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. 3. Customer Satisfaction & Relationship Management Regularly review completed projects with customers to gather feedback. Implement strategies for cross-selling and upselling to enhance business value. 4. Team Mentoring & Development Guide and mentor team members to improve their technical and soft skills. Foster a learning environment to develop a future-ready talent pool Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Business Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management within the IT/Software industry. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies . Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Zoho, Trello, or Asana. Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
