This role demands precision, planning, and a proactive mindset to deliver world-class spaces on time and within budget. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Oversee day-to-day execution of civil, architectural, and MEP works at the site, ensuring work is done as per drawings, quality standards, and deadlines. 🔹 Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery. 🔹 Review project designs and provide feedback or value-engineering suggestions to optimize cost and efficiency. 🔹 Ensure compliance with safety standards, permits, and regulatory guidelines at all stages of the project. 🔹 Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, contractor progress , and maintain accurate documentation. 🔹 Liaise with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of equipment, systems, and materials . 🔹 Track budget utilization and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle. 🔹 Provide regular progress updates to senior management and flag critical risks or delays proactively. 🔹 Ensure successful handover of completed work to operations/maintenance teams with full documentation. 🌟 What We’re Looking For: Someone who’s equally comfortable in the boardroom and on the construction site A keen eye for detail, deadlines, and design integrity A strong team player with the ability to lead and inspire on-ground teams Show more Show less
