Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee excavation, reinforced cement concrete (RCC) work, and all finishing activities to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. Bill Checking & Measurement: Conduct thorough checks of work bills, perform accurate measurements, and calculate quantities to ensure proper billing and resource allocation. Quality Assurance & Control: Monitor QA & QC processes, conduct testing, and ensure that all materials used meet the required standards and specifications. Safety Management: Implement and enforce site safety protocols and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare detailed site reports, maintain project documentation, and develop Management Information System (MIS) reports to track project progress and performance. Work Planning: Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive work plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to optimize project execution. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
