Job Description

* Project Execution: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. * Contractor and Team Liaison: Effectively communicate and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project team members to ensure seamless execution and adherence to project milestones. * Problem Solving: Provide innovative solutions to overcome construction-related challenges and ensure smooth project progress. * Technical Guidance: Offer expert technical advice and guidance to resolve complex construction issues, drawing on extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. * Monitoring and Coordination: Monitor project planning, billing, and contract execution activities to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations. * Collaboration with Consultants: Coordinate with external consultants including architects, MEP consultants, and other specialists to integrate their expertise into project planning and execution. * Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance and control measures to maintain high standards of construction and deliverables. * Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and financial impacts. * Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal stakeholders and clients. * Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Masters degree preferred. * Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction projects, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role. * Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing project teams and achieving project objectives. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. * In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations. * Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. * PMP certification or equivalent preferred. * Additional Requirements:
