Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5 to 10 years of expertise in large infrastructure projects within the solar manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring large-scale projects while ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and budget. Proficiency in Primavera (P6) for project scheduling and management is a must. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large infrastructure projects related to solar cell/module manufacturing plants. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera (P6), ensuring alignment with business goals. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) teams for seamless project execution. Oversee site development, civil works, electrical, and mechanical installations. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards in solar manufacturing. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure on-time delivery within budget. Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project KPIs, cost control, and resource allocation. Drive continuous process improvements in project management for efficient execution. Required Qualifications & Skills: B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering fields (MBA in Project Management is a plus). 5 to 10 years of experience in managing large infrastructure projects (preferably in solar/renewable energy). Strong expertise in Primavera (P6) & MS Project for scheduling, planning, and tracking. Experience in EPC project management, site execution, and vendor coordination. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of contract management, budgeting, and risk assessment. Strong understanding of solar plant infrastructure, utilities, and industrial automation.
