Risk Management Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (MBA preferred). 9-12 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector, preferably in Bangalore. Strong knowledge of local construction norms, vendors, and regulatory processes. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.). PMP certification is a plus. Preferred Experience: Prior experience managing large-scale residential or commercial developments in Bangalore. Familiarity with local authorities and approvals like RERA, BBMP, BDA, BESCOM, BWSSB.
