Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing scope, timeline, resources, and budget while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Lead project execution, monitoring, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.Ensure documentation, standards, and quality are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct project reviews and provide regular updates to senior management.Promote agile or traditional project management methodologies, as appropriate. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.5–7 years of project management experience (depending on level).Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
