The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage software development projects from initiation to deliveryCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are metMentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative environmentOversee task planning, estimation, and executionEnsure code quality and adherence to best practicesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and issuesManage project timelines using Agile methodologies and tools Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 5 years of overall experience in software developmentAt least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Project ManagerStrong technical expertise in .NET Core and Angular (latest versions)Proficient in REST APIs, Entity Framework, and SQL ServerExcellent communication, leadership, and team management skillsHands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, etc.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
