Job Description: Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Head Manager for our Paint Shop division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management for paint shops, powder coating systems, and CED coating systems. This role requires expertise in coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 10 to 12 years of experience in managing projects related to paint shops, powder coating systems, and CED (Cathodic Electro Deposition) coating processes. Location: Pune, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the execution of paint shop projects, including installation of conveyorized systems, powder coating, and CED coating setups. Project Planning & Execution: Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful completion within scope and deadlines. Team Coordination: Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution and adherence to project requirements. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, providing regular updates and ensuring their expectations are met. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in project execution and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or issues. Quality Assurance: Ensure all project stages meet technical specifications and quality standards while adhering to safety regulations. Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest process improvements in project management to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Experience: Project Management: 10-12 years of experience managing paint shop projects, including planning, coordination, and execution. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of surface coating technologies, such as powder coating, liquid paint, and CED systems. Leadership & Team Management: Proven track record of leading project teams and managing cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals. 4.
