Join our Professional Services Team and help drive client success in a remote-first, fast-paced environment. 📍 Location: Remote 🕓 Shift: Graveyard 💼 Experience Required: 10–15+ years 🔧 Job Responsibilities: • Lead and manage professional services delivery projects end-to-end • Handle team onboarding, assignments, and quality control • Own project scope, deliverables, and budget control • Collaborate with IT & business teams for process and system integrations • Drive customer satisfaction (CSAT), reduce backlog, and support revenue forecasting • Implement PM best practices and ensure documentation is complete & current • Identify and manage project risks, scope, and operational excellence 👤 Ideal Candidate Profile: • 10+ years experience in project/program management • Strong grasp of tools like MS Project, Clarizen, or Liquid Planner • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills • Experience with forecasting, revenue recognition, and metrics • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus • Familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus • Thrives in high-pressure, fast-changing environments Why Join Us?
