You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives) Manage tasks and workflows in Jira, Trello, etc. Translate client needs into user stories and acceptance criteria Track progress, surface risks/blockers, coordinate resolutions Lead follow‑ups with stakeholders and maintain clear communication Step into leadership roles—mentor, escalate issues, drive team morale.
