Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to support people and processes in delivering projects within scope, budget, and timelines. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, managing project teams, resources, and tracking progress to ensure successful project delivery. This individual will serve as the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Documentation: Develop detailed project plans and comprehensive documentation to ensure successful execution. Team Management: Manage project teams and resources, ensuring availability and effective task allocation. Performance Monitoring: Measure project performance, track progress, and communicate status to both internal and external stakeholders. Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and addressed promptly. Project Scope & Budget Management: Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and according to the budget. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal teams; escalate issues as necessary. Advocacy: Maintain strong advocacy within your sphere of influence to ensure project success and alignment with business goals. Experience: - 5-10 years of Project Management experience, including at least 2 years of IT project management (Mobile/Web). Certifications: - PMP or Prince2 certification is required. - Experience in Agile methodology is essential. Education: BE/BTech/BCA+MCA Skills: - Strong expertise in project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risk management, and status reporting. - Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Jira. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. - Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and clients in parallel across multiple geographies. - Ability to develop execution plans and lead teams to successful project outcomes. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining relationships with clients, product delivery teams, sales teams, and account managers. Good to Have: - Technical experience with platforms such as Azure, AWS, Android, iOS, and .Net.
