Location: Delhi, India Experience: 7+ years Type: The first 3 months will be probationary; an offer will be extended based on performance. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our critical government projects in Delhi. You will be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, while meeting stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively. Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate effectively with all relevant parties. Ensure adherence to project methodologies and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within a government or public sector context. Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
