Project Sales Manager – Paints (Institutional & Project Sales) Location: Gurgaon Department: Sales & Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager from the paints industry , with strong expertise in institutional and government project sales. The role involves driving business growth in both public and private sector projects, managing key accounts, and developing territory-specific strategies across Delhi-NCR, West UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, MP, and Chandigarh. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and develop new project opportunities in target regions. Generate project-based sales through government departments and private builders. Get products specified and approved by architects, consultants, and institutional clients. Institutional & Government Sales: Engage with bodies like CPWD, PWD, NBCC, DDA, MES, RITES, etc., for project sales. Manage approvals, vendor registrations, and tender participation. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of institutional orders. Private Sector Engagement: Collaborate with architects, interior designers, PMCs, and developers. Drive specifications and project closures in residential, commercial, and hospitality segments. Channel & Retail Sales Support: Coordinate with retail and distribution teams to ensure product availability for project execution. Support dealers in project conversions and ensure customer satisfaction. Collections & Reporting: Ensure timely payment collections from institutional and private clients.
