Openings for Project Sales with our Organization Job Title: Project Sales/OEM Manager Location: Indian Reports to: Sales Director Job Overview: The Project Sales/OEM Manager will drive sales and business development in the OEM and project sectors for our steel pipe and tube products. This role will manage key accounts, develop new opportunities, and ensure successful project execution from initial inquiry through delivery. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage OEM and industrial project sales opportunities. Identify, nurture, and maintain relationships with key clients in various industries (construction, automotive, oil & gas, etc.). Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients. Manage end-to-end sales processes, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts for OEM projects. Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to meet project specifications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during sales and project execution. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum6 years of experience in project sales or OEM sales within the steel industry. Strong knowledge of steel pipe/tube manufacturing and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage complex projects and client relationships.
