Role & responsibilities Handling Complete Site Accounting. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions related to the project, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Monitoring project costs and ensuring that expenses stay within the allocated budget, identifying variances, MIS and preparation of Running Accounts Bills, etc. Ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulations, including GST compliance, TDS and maintaining proper documentation for audits. Verifying and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to suppliers and contractors. Managing cash flow, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring proper handling of cash transactions. Assisting with general site administration tasks, such as managing petty cash and other financial-related duties. Preferred candidate profile Experience working in a construction or project environment is highly desirable. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
