Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction:Handle incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.Provide information about products, services, and company policies.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.Issue Resolution:Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation.Data Entry:Accurately and efficiently input customer information and details into the company's database.Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the company's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
