Spotmedia is looking for Proof Reader / Content Writer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Review written content, including articles, manuscripts, reports, marketing materials, and website copy, to identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and syntax Verify consistency in style, formatting, and terminology throughout documents, adhering to specified style guides (eg, AP Stylebook, Chicago Manual of Style) Collaborate with writers, editors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards Use proofreading marks and annotation tools to indicate corrections and suggestions for improvement Ensure clarity, coherence, and consistency in written communication, making revisions as needed to enhance readability and effectiveness Conduct fact-checking and cross-referencing of information to verify accuracy and credibility Maintain awareness of industry-specific terminology, trends, and conventions to provide informed feedback and suggestions Adhere to confidentiality agreements and privacy policies when handling sensitive or proprietary information Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to address questions, concerns, and feedback regarding proofreading tasks Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks according to project urgency and importance We are looking for a skilled Proofreader/Content Writer to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for proofreading and editing a variety of content to ensure it is error-free, clear, and consistent with our brand
