This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to drive successful property deals. Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and secure prime properties for new Barbeque Nation locations. Negotiate favorable lease terms with property owners and developers. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, and real estate agents. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely property acquisition. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in property acquisition or real estate development (retail/hospitality experience preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
