This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The Property Advisor will be responsible for offering expert advice and guidance on property management, investments, and finance. Your key responsibilities will include: Communicating effectively with clients Providing exceptional customer service Assisting clients with property transactions and decisions Qualifications: Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in property management and investments Basic understanding of finance and financial analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a team environment Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
